Your Supahelp address

Every workspace gets a free help center address on supahelp.app. Your Knowledge Base and request form are available there as soon as you publish.

Your address

Your address uses your workspace address:

https://your-workspace.supahelp.app

For example, a workspace with the address acme is available at https://acme.supahelp.app, and its request form at https://acme.supahelp.app/request.

Change your address

Your Supahelp address follows your workspace address. Owners and admins can change it in Settings → Workspace. See Update workspace settings.

Changing your workspace address changes your help center link. Update any links you've shared on your website, in your product, and in emails.

Use your own domain

During your free trial and on the Essential plan, you can serve your help center from your own domain, such as help.acme.com. See Connect a custom domain.

When a custom domain is active:

• Your custom domain becomes your main help center address.

• Visitors to your Supahelp address are redirected automatically to the same page on your custom domain.

• Existing links to your Supahelp address keep working.

If your custom domain has a problem

If your custom domain stops working, for example because its DNS record was removed, Supahelp can fall back to serving your help center from your Supahelp address so customers aren't left without help. You'll be notified so you can fix the domain.
