Move your help center to a different domain without downtime, or stop using a custom domain.
You need the Owner or Admin role. Starting a replacement needs the Essential plan.
Replace your custom domain
Replacing lets you prepare a new domain while your current one keeps working. Supahelp switches over only when the new domain is fully ready.
Go to Settings → Custom Domain.
Select Replace or disconnect, then Start replacement.
Enter the new hostname and confirm.
Add the new TXT and CNAME records, then select Verify records.
Wait while Supahelp prepares HTTPS for the new domain.
When the new domain is ready, it becomes your main address. Your old domain stops serving your help center.
Cancel a replacement
Before the new domain is ready, select Cancel replacement and confirm. Your current domain stays active.
Disconnect your custom domain
Go to Settings → Custom Domain.
Select Replace or disconnect, then Disconnect domain.
Confirm.
Your help center returns to your Supahelp address, such as acme.supahelp.app. You may see a message that provider cleanup is still in progress. Your Supahelp address serves visitors while it completes.
After disconnecting
Remove the Supahelp TXT and CNAME records from your DNS.
Update links on your website and in your product to your Supahelp address, or to your new domain.
If your trial or subscription has ended, disconnecting ends your custom domain. You'll need to upgrade to Essential to connect a domain again. See Your custom domain after your plan ends.
