Your custom domain after your plan ends

If your free trial or Essential subscription ends after you've connected a custom domain, Supahelp keeps the connection so it's ready when you upgrade.

What happens to your domain

If your custom domain was already active when your trial or subscription ended:

• The connection is kept. Your public help center is offline until you upgrade, and then it's served from your custom domain again.

• Keep your DNS records in place. Removing them means you'll need to repair the connection before your domain works again.

• You can repair it. If its DNS records break, fix them and select Verify records again.

• You can't replace it. Starting a replacement needs Essential.

• Disconnecting ends it. If you disconnect, you'll need Essential to connect a custom domain again.

Domains that weren't finished

If a custom domain connection wasn't active yet when your trial or subscription ended, it can't be completed until you upgrade.

Upgrade

Go to Settings → Billing and select Upgrade to Essential.
