Update workspace settings

Workspace settings control your workspace's name, address, logo, and time zone.
You need the Owner or Admin role to change workspace settings.
Open workspace settings
In the admin portal, go to Settings → Workspace.
Settings
Setting | Details |
Workspace name | Your company or product name, 1 to 120 characters. |
Workspace address | Used in your Supahelp links and help center address, such as acme.supahelp.app. 3 to 63 lowercase letters, numbers, or hyphens, not starting or ending with a hyphen. |

Save your changes when you're done.
Changing your workspace address
Your workspace address must be unique and some addresses are reserved. If you see This workspace address is already in use. Choose another. or This workspace address is reserved., pick a different one.
Changing your address changes your Supahelp help center link. Update links you've shared, or connect a custom domain so your public address doesn't depend on your workspace address.
Workspace logo vs. help center logo
The workspace logo identifies your workspace in the admin portal.
The help center logo appears on your public Knowledge Base. Change it in Knowledge Base Editor → Site settings.
If saving fails
If you see Workspace settings changed elsewhere. Reload to review the latest values., another admin changed settings at the same time. Reload the page and make your changes again.
