What happens when your free trial ends

Your free trial lasts 14 days and includes everything in Essential. To keep your help center live after that, upgrade to Essential before the trial ends.
If you upgrade before the trial ends
Nothing is interrupted. Your help center, request form, custom domain, and email support keep working, and your AI credits increase to 5,000 for each billing period. See Upgrade to Essential.
If the trial ends without upgrading

Bring your help center back
Sign in to Supahelp as an owner or admin.
Go to Settings → Billing.
Select Upgrade to Essential and complete checkout.
Your help center and request form come back online with the content you already published.
Tips
Upgrade a few days before your trial ends so customers never see your help center go offline.
Make sure at least one owner or admin can access billing before the trial ends.
