Upgrade to Essential

Upgrade to Essential to keep your help center live after your 14-day free trial, and get 5,000 AI credits every month. You can upgrade at any time during your trial without interruption.

You need the Owner or Admin role to change your plan.

Upgrade

1. Go to Settings → Billing.

2. Select Upgrade to Essential, or Compare plans to review the options first.

3. Choose Billed monthly or Billed yearly.

4. Select Choose plan. You'll be taken to our secure checkout, powered by Stripe.

5. Enter your payment details and complete checkout.

6. You'll return to Supahelp. Your Billing page shows Essential as your current plan.

What changes right away

• Your help center, request form, custom domain, and email support stay live after your trial.

• Your workspace receives 5,000 AI credits for the billing period.

• Your Billing page shows your renewal date and next charge.

If checkout is cancelled

If you leave checkout before paying, nothing changes. You can upgrade again at any time.

If you can't upgrade

• If you don't see Upgrade to Essential, check your role. Only owners and admins can change the plan.

• If you see Unable to open Stripe. Try again., refresh the page and try again.
