AI credits explained

AI credits are the allowance your workspace uses for AI features, such as request summaries. Every plan includes credits.
How many credits you get

Free trial | 1,000 | One-time for the 14-day trial. They don't renew. |
Essential | 5,000 |
Unused credits don't carry over. On Essential, your balance resets to 5,000 at the start of each billing period.

Supahelp reserves credits when you start an AI action and only uses them if the action succeeds. If a summary fails, the reserved credits are returned.
Check your balance
Go to Settings → Billing. The AI credits section shows your remaining credits and when they reset.
Running out of credits
When your balance is too low, AI actions such as Generate AI summary won't run. Everything else in Supahelp keeps working. To get more credits:
During your trial: upgrade to Essential for 5,000 credits every month.
On Essential: wait for your credits to reset at the start of your next billing period.
Tips
Generate summaries for long or complex requests, where they save the most time.
Regenerate a summary only after meaningful new activity on a request.
