Essential is a flat rate. Add as many teammates and teams as you need without your bill going up.

Your trial starts when you create your workspace and lasts 14 days.
You don't need a payment card to start.
You can upgrade at any time during the trial.
If the trial ends before you upgrade, your public help center goes offline until you do. Nothing is deleted. See What happens when your free trial ends.
Owners and admins can upgrade and manage billing in Settings → Billing. See Upgrade to Essential.
