Manage payment details and invoices

Supahelp uses Stripe to handle payments securely. Manage your card, billing details, and invoices in the Stripe billing portal.
You need the Owner or Admin role to manage billing.
Open the billing portal
Go to Settings → Billing.
Select Manage billing.
The Stripe billing portal opens. When you're done, return to Supahelp.
What you can do in the portal
Update your payment card
Update your billing name, address, and tax details
View and download invoices and receipts
Switch between monthly and yearly billing
Cancel your subscription
Your Billing page
Settings → Billing in Supahelp shows:
Detail | What it shows |
Current plan | Free trial or Essential |
Subscription status | Whether your subscription is active |
Billing period | The current period's dates |
Payment security
Your card details are entered and stored by Stripe. Supahelp never sees or stores your full card number.
If a payment fails
Stripe emails the billing contact and retries the payment. Update your card in the billing portal to avoid interruptions.
If the portal won't open
If you see Unable to open Stripe. Try again., refresh the page and try again. Check that pop-ups aren't blocked.
