If you belong to more than one team, you can switch between their request queues and move requests to the team best placed to handle them.
Switch your active team
Use the team switcher in the admin portal to choose your active team. The Requests list, views, and search all use the active team.
If you see Select an active team to view requests., choose a team in the switcher.
Move a request to another team
Open the request.
In Request properties, select Team.
Choose the new team.
The request moves to that team's queue, and the change appears in the activity timeline.
Where new requests go
Source | Team |
Request added by a member | The member's active team when they add it |
Email to your support address | The intake team set in Settings → Email |
Request form | Your default intake team: the first team created when your workspace was set up |
Review new requests regularly and move any that belong elsewhere.
Access to teams
Members see the teams they've been given access to. Owners and admins change team access in Settings → Members.
Tips
Agree on which team owns each type of request, and write it in each team's description.
Leave an internal comment when you move a request, explaining why.
Use product areas on teams to make routing decisions faster.
