What happens after you import

Imported content becomes private draft pages in Page storage. Nothing changes on your public help center until you move the pages into your navigation and publish.
1. Find your imported pages
Open Knowledge Base Editor and expand Page storage in the navigation panel. Newly imported pages appear there with the title taken from the file name or website article.
You'll also get a notification when an import completes, completes with issues, or fails.
2. Review and tidy each page
Imports rarely come across perfectly. For each page, check:
Title: rename it to match what customers search for.
Structure: add headings so the page is easy to scan. PDF and text imports arrive as plain paragraphs.
Images: images aren't imported. Add screenshots again with an image block.
Links: check that links point to the right places, especially links to your old help center.
