Import PDF, Word, and text files

Upload existing documents and Supahelp turns each one into an editable page. You can import up to 10 files at a time.

Before you start

• Files must be PDF, Word (DOCX), or plain text (TXT).

• PDF and DOCX files can be up to 5 MB each. TXT files can be up to 20 MB.

• PDFs can have up to 25 pages and must contain real text, not scanned images.

• Remove any password protection from your documents.

Import your files

1. Open Knowledge Base Editor and select Import knowledge.

2. Choose Upload files.

3. Select and pick up to 10 files from your device.
