Files that can't be imported
Older Word files (.doc). Open them in Word or Google Docs and save as .docx.
Scanned or image-only PDFs. Supahelp needs selectable text. Export a text-based PDF, or use the original document.
Password-protected files. Remove the password first.
Empty files.
Text files that contain HTML markup or aren't saved as UTF-8 text.
Documents with too much text to import safely. Split them into smaller documents, one topic per file.
Website imports
One article per import
Public http:// or https:// addresses only
Rate limited to protect the sites you import from
Storage
Supahelp keeps the original source of each import. Each workspace can keep up to 1,000 import sources, up to 1 GB in total. If you see "Page storage is full", remove or archive content you no longer need, then try again.
Duplicate files
If you upload a file that's identical to one you've already imported, Supahelp marks it Already imported and doesn't create a second page.
