Use Page storage for drafts

Page storage is a private space in the Knowledge Base Editor for pages that aren't ready for customers. It's where imported pages arrive and where you can keep drafts for as long as you need.
How Page storage works
Pages in Page storage are never shown to customers.
Publishing saves Page storage drafts but doesn't make them public.
Pages only go live once you move them into the navigation tree and publish.
Add a page to Page storage
Import content. Every imported page lands in Page storage. You'll see Page added to Page storage.
Move an existing page. Open a page's menu in the navigation tree and select Move to Page Storage. If the page was published, it's removed from your help center the next time you publish.
