Use this checklist to go from a new workspace to a live help center your customers can use. Each step links to a detailed guide.
Before you start
You need a Supahelp account and a workspace. If you don't have one yet, see Create your account and workspace.
The checklist
Step | Task | Time | Where |
1 | Add your logo and help center name | 2 min | Knowledge Base Editor → Site settings |
1. Brand your help center
Open Knowledge Base Editor and go to Site settings. Upload your logo, set your product or help center name, and choose colors and a hero background. See Customize your help center home page.
2. Add your first articles
Start with the five questions customers ask most often. You can write articles from scratch, or bring existing content across with Import knowledge. See Create and edit a page and Import content overview.
3. Organize articles into topics
Group related articles into topics, such as "Billing" or "Account". Topics appear on your help center home page under Browse topics. See Organize pages into topics.
4. Review your request form
Open Request form Editor. Supahelp includes ready-made questions for each request type. Adjust the wording to match your product, then select Publish now. See Customize a request form.
5. Publish
In the Knowledge Base Editor, select Publish changes. Review the publish summary and confirm. Your help center is now live at your Supahelp address. See How publishing works.
6. Invite your team
Go to Settings → Members and select Invite member. See Invite members to your workspace.
