A workspace represents your company in Supahelp. It holds your Knowledge Base, request form, requests, contacts, and team. This article walks you through signing up and creating your first workspace.
Go to the Supahelp sign-up page and select Register.
Sign up with Google, or enter your email address and a password.
If you used email, open the confirmation email we send you and select the link to verify your address.
Your password must:
Be at least 12 characters long
Include an uppercase letter
Include a lowercase letter
Include a number
Tip: If the confirmation email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then request another email from the check-email screen.
After you sign in for the first time, Supahelp asks a few optional questions, such as your role and how you heard about us. These answers help us understand who uses Supahelp. They don't change how your workspace works, so you can keep them brief.
Next, create your workspace:
Enter your company name.
Enter your workspace name. This becomes your workspace address, short name used in your Supahelp links and your public help center address, for example acme.supahelp.app.
Enter a name for your first team, such as "Support". Requests are organized by team.
Select Continue to create the workspace.
For workspace name, you can use 3-63 lowercase letters, numbers, or hyphens without a hyphen at either end. If the address you want is already taken or reserved, choose another.
Supahelp creates your workspace with:
A starter Knowledge Base you can edit and publish
Default request forms for bug reports, help requests, feature requests, and feedback
Your first team, which receives requests from your request form, with you as the workspace Owner
A 14-day free trial with everything in Essential, including 1,000 AI credits

Can I change my workspace name or address later?
Yes. Owners and admins can change both in Settings → Workspace. Changing the address changes your Supahelp-hosted help center link, so update any links you've already shared.
Can I belong to more than one workspace?
Yes. If you're invited to another workspace, you can switch between them from the admin portal.
