Your workspace comes with a starter Knowledge Base. This guide shows you how to make it your own and publish it so customers can use it.
Step 1: Open the Knowledge Base Editor
In the admin portal, select Knowledge Base Editor in the side navigation. You'll see your navigation tree on the left, the page editor in the middle, and site settings.
You need the Owner, Admin, or Editor role to use the Knowledge Base Editor.
Step 2: Set your name and logo
Open Site settings.
Enter your Product / help center name. This name appears in your help center header.
Select Upload logo and choose a PNG, JPG, JPEG, WEBP, or SVG file.
Optionally, set a Logo destination URL so selecting your logo takes customers back to your website.
Step 3: Edit the starter pages
Your starter navigation includes a Getting started section, an FAQ, and a Request for Help link. Select a page in the navigation tree to open it, then:
Select the title to rename it.
Click in the body and start typing. Press / to insert headings, lists, tables, images, videos, cards, and accordions.
Your changes save automatically as a draft.
Step 4: Add a few more articles
Add articles for the questions customers ask most. To create a page, use Create navigation item in the navigation panel, or import existing content with Import knowledge.
Step 5: Publish
Select Publish changes.
Review the publish summary. It lists new pages, changed pages, navigation changes, and branding changes.
Confirm to publish.
When you see Published successfully, your help center is live at your Supahelp address, for example https://acme.supahelp.app.
