Find related requests

Use Related requests to find previous answers and requests about a similar issue. This can help you reuse a solution or recognize several reports of the same problem.
Run a search
Open a request.
Find the Related requests section.
Select Find related.
Open the suggested sources and check whether they apply to this customer.
A successful search uses 3 AI credits. Selecting Search again runs a new search and can use another 3 credits.
A similar request is a suggestion, not proof that both customers have the same problem. Check the symptoms and solution before reusing an answer.
Read the results
The section can show Useful previous answers with excerpts and links to the original source. Select Show more to see additional answers.
Results may become outdated after a request changes. Use Search again when you need fresh suggestions.
Same-issue groups
Same-issue groups link requests that your team has confirmed concern the same issue. Suggested related requests are not automatically confirmed group members.
A group can show a Shared solution. Check the original source before replying; a shared solution is not sent to customers automatically.
