You can correct your support address during setup, replace it once it's active, or disconnect email support entirely.
You need the Owner or Admin role.
Change the address during setup
While your support email is still waiting for DNS or forwarding verification:
Go to Settings → Email.
Select Change email address.
Enter the correct address and select Save changes.
If the domain stays the same, your verified DNS records still apply. If the domain changes, add the DNS records shown for the new domain.
Replace an active address
Once a support email is active, it can no longer be edited directly. Use Replace email address to set up a new one:
Go to Settings → Email and select Replace email address.
Enter the new address.
Complete DNS and forwarding verification for the new address.
Your current address keeps working while you set up the replacement. Supahelp switches to the new address once it's verified.
You can cancel a replacement before it's verified. Your current address stays active.
Update the sender name or intake team
Change Sender name or Intake team in Settings → Email and select Save changes. New email requests go to the new team from then on. Existing requests stay with their current team.
Disconnect email support
Go to Settings → Email.
Select disconnect and confirm.
After you disconnect:
The connection enters a read-only grace period of 30 days.
You can no longer send emails from requests.
Existing requests and email conversations stay in Supahelp.
Remember to remove the forwarding rule in your mailbox, and remove the Supahelp DNS records if you no longer need them.
If your trial or subscription ends
If your free trial or Essential subscription ends, your support email becomes read-only for a 30-day grace period. You can't send emails from requests. Upgrade to Essential to keep using it.
