AI summaries turn a long request, with its answers, emails, and comments, into a short overview. Use them to get up to speed quickly when you pick up or review a request.
Open a request.
Go to AI summary.
Select Generate AI summary.
The summary appears on the request for your whole team to see.
When a request changes, for example after new emails or comments, select Regenerate AI summary to create a fresh summary with the latest information.
Generating or regenerating a summary uses AI credits from your workspace's plan. Supahelp reserves credits when you start a summary and only uses them when the summary is created successfully.
If your workspace doesn't have enough credits left, you won't be able to generate a summary until your credits reset or you upgrade. See AI credits explained.
AI summaries are only visible to your team, never to customers.
Before request content is sent to the AI model, Supahelp automatically removes email addresses, internal IDs, and values that look like API keys or access tokens.
Your content is used only to generate the summary. It isn't used to train AI models.
AI summaries are a helpful starting point, but they can miss details or get things wrong. Always check the original request before making decisions or replying to the customer.
If you see AI summary could not be generated., try again. Very long requests may be too large to summarize.
