Your request form lives at /request on your help center address:

If you connect a custom domain later, links to your Supahelp address redirect automatically, so existing links keep working.

Where to add the link

• Your website: the Contact or Support page and the footer

• Your product: a Help or Contact support menu item

• Emails: onboarding emails, receipts, and email signatures

• Error pages: "Something went wrong? Let us know"

• Your Knowledge Base: Request for Help already links to it

Encourage self-service first

For most teams, the best link is to your Knowledge Base, with the request form one click away. Customers find answers faster, and your team receives fewer repeat questions. Link straight to the request form when customers need to report something only your team can fix, such as a billing problem.

Check it works

Open your request form in a private browser window and submit a test request. Confirm it appears in your Requests queue, then close it.
