Changes in the Request form Editor don't reach customers until you publish them. Publishing creates a new version of request form.
Save a draft
Select Save draft to keep your changes without affecting the live form. The request form shows Unpublished changes until you publish.
Publish
Open Request form Editor and choose the request type.
Review your questions. Fix any marked Needs attention.
Select Customer preview to check the form.
Select Publish now.
When publishing finishes, new customers see the updated questions right away.
What happens to existing requests
Each request remembers the version of the request form it was submitted with. When you publish changes:
Existing requests keep their original questions and answers.
Deleted questions stop appearing on the form, but their answers stay on older requests.
New questions only appear on requests submitted after you publish.
