If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it from the sign-in page.
Reset your password
Go to the Supahelp sign-in page.
Select Forgot password.
Enter the email address you sign in with.
Open the password reset email and select the link.
Enter a new password and save it.
Password requirements
Your new password must:
Be at least 12 characters
Include an uppercase letter
Include a lowercase letter
Include a number
Be different from your current password
Didn't get the email?
Check your spam or junk folder.
Make sure you entered the email address you sign up with.
Wait a few minutes, then request another email.
If you see We couldn't send another email. Please try again., wait a moment before trying again.
Signed up with Google?
If you created your account with Google, sign in with Google instead. You don't need a Supahelp password.
Still can't sign in?
If you see We couldn't sign you in with those details., check your email address for typos and reset your password again. If you still can't get in, ask a workspace owner to confirm the email address you were invited with.
