Your Supahelp account gives access to customer requests and contact details. Follow these practices to keep it safe.
Google: sign in with your Google account. Your Google security settings, such as two-step verification, protect your Supahelp sign-in.
Email and password: sign in with your email address and a password of at least 12 characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters and a number.
Use a unique password that you don't use anywhere else. A password manager makes this easy.
Turn on two-step verification for your Google account or email account.
Sign out on shared computers when you're done.
Don't share your account. Invite each teammate as their own member instead. Every plan includes unlimited members.
Give the lowest role that works. See Roles and permissions.
Remove or suspend members promptly when they leave or change jobs.
Keep at least two owners or admins so access can always be managed.
Review members regularly in Settings → Members.
Reset your password straight away. See Reset your password.
If you use Google sign-in, secure your Google account.
Ask a workspace owner to review recent activity on your requests.
Send us a request so we can help.
